the staff was helpful with turning on the heat for us. it was useful since we do not like very cool temperatures.
housekeeping could be more thorough in their cleaning. i saw a few surfaces that were not cleaned upon my arrival. also, the parking was quite inconvenient. the value also isn't great.

There was no on-site restaurant. The marketplace sells mostly highly processed junk food. The coffee in the room was very cheap and tasteless. I was not impressed

Really good Stay on the Strip

The rooms were spacious. Our Two-Bedroom Suite Sofa Bed Kitchen included a fully equipped kitchen and comfortable living area, perfect for family relaxation (the kids loved it!). The pool area had ample seating and provided a refreshing escape from the desert heat. I found daily replenishment of bottled water very thoughtful.
The timeshare presentation during checkout was persistent. I wish there was less pressure.

The hotel featured a Starbucks and a convenience store, offering various options for quick meals and snacks. The bar area served good drinks and food near the pool. It was convenient.

The staff were friendly and professional. They promptly addressed our requests. We received complimentary water bottles daily. This small touch. The check-in was smooth. It was a really efficient experience.

I appreciated the spacious rooms. The washer and dryer were a surprise and proved quite useful after outdoor activities. The proximity to the tram made accessing destinations easy. The on-site market provided essential supplies for preparing meals in the room.
The pool hours are restrictive. I would prefer a later closing time to accommodate evening relaxation after long days.

The room was spacious and i liked the mini-store. It had a lot of choices.
i didn't love the lack of a real restaurant. the poolside dining was okay, but more food options would be nice. adding things like steak, chicken, and gluten-free options would improve it.
