suite surprise, charmed by the experience
suite size strip view daily housekeeping
I loved the size of the two bedroom suite. it gave my family space with two bathrooms and a kitchenette. the view from the suite really showed off the strip. i appreciated the hotel having daily housekeeping. It is rare now.
the check in line did took longer that i expected.

The hotel provide convenient access with the deuce bus stop located right outside. it is situated on the strip. it is two miles from some main attractions and this may require transportation. nearby there are great food options within walking distance and lyft services are readily available.

the suite included a full kitchen and two king bedrooms with two bathrooms. i found blackout drapes that really helped with light. the suite was spacious and the kitchen was adequately equipped for light meal preparation .

the staff was very friendly and accommodating to all requests i had. one staff member, leonie at check-in, gave perfect service as i just travelled by car. i didn't have a problem with lack of smiles.

the pool area was clean and a comfortable temperature. the hotel had free parking so i didn't have to pay extra. there is a lobby bar with good food that makes it very convenient for a quick bite to eat.

ample space excellent gym unexpected charges unsolicited upgrade
The room setup gave us space when we needed a break. It also allowed us to feel close and at home. The gym had more than we could have hoped for I was grateful.
I had an issue with unexpected charges at checkout. The hotel upgraded our room without our request I did not want to pay extra.

inconvenient parking poor value
the staff was helpful with turning on the heat for us. it was useful since we do not like very cool temperatures.
housekeeping could be more thorough in their cleaning. i saw a few surfaces that were not cleaned upon my arrival. also, the parking was quite inconvenient. the value also isn't great.

The room size was more than adequate. The HVAC worked very well. I appreciated the self-parking with no extra charge
There was no on-site restaurant. The marketplace sells mostly highly processed junk food. The coffee in the room was very cheap and tasteless. I was not impressed

Really good Stay on the Strip
spacious rooms equipped kitchen
The rooms were spacious. Our Two-Bedroom Suite Sofa Bed Kitchen included a fully equipped kitchen and comfortable living area, perfect for family relaxation (the kids loved it!). The pool area had ample seating and provided a refreshing escape from the desert heat. I found daily replenishment of bottled water very thoughtful.
The timeshare presentation during checkout was persistent. I wish there was less pressure.

Excellent Stay
spacious rooms useful dryer convenient market
I appreciated the spacious rooms. The washer and dryer were a surprise and proved quite useful after outdoor activities. The proximity to the tram made accessing destinations easy. The on-site market provided essential supplies for preparing meals in the room.
The pool hours are restrictive. I would prefer a later closing time to accommodate evening relaxation after long days.

limited food options gluten free option
The room was spacious and i liked the mini-store. It had a lot of choices.
i didn't love the lack of a real restaurant. the poolside dining was okay, but more food options would be nice. adding things like steak, chicken, and gluten-free options would improve it.
